Start ups/Check up/Adjust

With every start up or check up, we do a full system analysis that includes:

Winterizations
If you live where temperatures freeze then you should be familiar with winterizing or "sprinkler blow outs." Frozen pipes can cause major problems and expensive repairs. How we do it:
We shut off your main irrigation water supply and attach an efficient air compressor to your system. We operate every zone and insert air to push the water out. This ensures backflow preventers, valves, and heads are ready for winter.
Backflow Preventer Inspections
Some counties require annual testing of backflow preventers to ensure they are working properly. Backflow is when chemicals or other foreign objects enter your sprinkler system and travel back through pipes and contaminate drinking water. This can be a safety issue for you and your neighbors.
We hold a Virginia Backflow Device Workers Tradesman License and have the equipment to properly inspect your backflow preventer to meet county requirements. We provide results directly to the county to fulfill their requirements and save you the trouble of having to file paperwork yourself.
Repairs
Our specialty is repairs. If you have a high water bill we can check for leaks and repair them effectively. We can replace leaky, faulty, or non- rotating heads. We fix sticky valves, cracked nozzles, controller issues, coverage problems, backflow preventer issues, crooked heads, cut wires, bad solenoids, kinked drip lines, improperly installed rain sensors, and any other problems you may have.
Add-Ons
We test capabilities of your lawn sprinkler system to determine if it can handle adding sprinkler heads, zones, or hose bibs. We provide a free no obligation estimate for systems with enough pressure to handle add-ons.
